Every official letter from Gurdwara Guru Nanak Darbar Southall carries its own QR code. That code opens a unique web page so you can check the letter is genuine.

From 14 September 2026
Any new letter generated or sent by Gurdwara Guru Nanak Darbar Southall on or after 14 September 2026 must carry this authenticity QR code. If it does not, it is not a genuine Gurdwara letter and should not be trusted.
Please scan the QR and check it against the printed page. If you are shown a letter without this stamp, contact the Gurdwara office, or scan a genuine letter and use Report misuse on its verification page.

Each letter is printed with its own QR stamp, next to the date. No two letters share the same code.

Scanning opens a private link for that letter only, on gurunanakdarbar.org.uk.

Match the reference, date, and a short content check with the printed page. The full letter is never shown online.
